What is LegoTechApps?
LegoTechApps, also called LegoTech, is a software company that builds custom software, websites and iOS and Android apps, and runs an AI chatbot and AI business assistant platform with a CRM and business dashboard. Its tools cover customer conversations on WhatsApp and websites, leads, bookings, orders, CRM, expenses, building management and connected AI assistants.
What does the AI business assistant do?
It answers customers 24/7 on WhatsApp and your website from one bot; Instagram and Messenger DMs for approved accounts while Meta reviews the permissions. It captures and qualifies leads: anyone who leaves a phone number or email lands in the CRM automatically. It books appointments into your business diary, directly or only after your approval, as you choose. It takes orders when a customer asks to order and gives contact details (no charging or stock deduction). It sends WhatsApp broadcast campaigns with per-recipient tracked links from the dashboard. It hands the conversation to a person when the customer asks, or when it cannot answer.
Is there an AI assistant for me inside the dashboard?
Yes. Inside the dashboard, an AI assistant answers questions about your clients, orders, invoices, stock and spending, typed or spoken, and prepares changes that follow the confirmation rules you set. Each answer links to the record it is about. Reading is immediate; each action that changes data can be set to ask first, run automatically or never appear.
How much does the chatbot cost?
The Basic plan at $99/month includes CRM and bot activation. AI usage and chargeable automations are metered separately from your balance at the published rates. Plans: Basic $99/month (bot activation included; AI usage bought separately as balance), Pro $175/month (includes $175 of AI usage a month), Max $299/month (includes $299 of AI usage a month). All core tools are included in every plan. Meta's WhatsApp message charges, taxes, and custom setup or integrations are separate. Calculator results are estimates; Billing shows the exact price before you pay.
Is AI usage included in the plan?
Basic includes CRM and bot activation. AI replies and other metered actions use credit at the published rates. Pro and Max include monthly AI credit. Meta messaging and third-party costs are separate.
Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?
Free trial: 14 days or $5 of AI usage, whichever runs out first. No card required. The $5 arrives in two parts: $1 after email verification, the other $4 after your first client, order, invoice or building.
How do I start?
Open the bot builder at https://app.legotechapps.com/build-my-bot?lang=en, add your business from Google, your website or social pages, review the facts and test answers. Then create an account, choose a plan and connect a channel (website, share link or WhatsApp).
Can I try a chatbot before connecting it?
Yes. The public bot builder lets you prepare business information and preview answers. The bot quote flow can prepare a demo after sign-in. Review knowledge and costs, choose the destination business, and configure production channels separately.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app?
The Coexistence option is designed for eligible businesses that want to retain the phone app. Meta determines eligibility. Review the supported connection guide before changing an existing number; migration is not an automatic fallback.
Will my old WhatsApp chats or contacts be imported?
No. Coexistence onboarding starts with new messages only. Historical chats, media and the phone address book are not imported, and no number is migrated or deleted automatically.
Which languages does it work in?
The bot replies in the language the customer writes in. The website, the dashboard and the BotSide app are available in English, Hebrew and Hungarian, among other languages, and the team works in English, Hebrew and Hungarian.
How do I cancel?
From Billing. A cancelled plan keeps access until the end of the billing period; to switch plans, cancel the current one first. An add-on is cancelled from Billing and stays on until the end of its paid month. Automatic top-up can be switched off at any time. Refunds follow the refund policy: unspent credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Does a shared chat link send real messages?
Yes. Ordinary public bot share links use the real chat endpoint. Conversations can capture leads, notify the owner and consume credits. Trial demo bots have their own permanent expiry and spending limits; a new link does not reset those limits.
Can a customer edit a trial bot?
Only through a separately issued, restricted demo-editing invitation. An ordinary chat link grants no editing rights. The editing invitation can update the demo’s own knowledge and permitted tone settings within its existing expiry and spending limits.
Who can access my clients and conversations?
Account and business permissions govern dashboard and API access. Public marketing pages and discovery guides contain no private customer records. Ordinary bot share links provide a chat interface, not access to dashboard transcripts.
How is my data handled?
Customer records stay inside your account, scoped to its businesses and team permissions. You can download your data from the dashboard, and an account can be deleted, including from the BotSide app. The privacy policy explains what is collected and why.
Is there a phone app?
Yes: BotSide for iPhone (https://apps.apple.com/app/id6822650835). The LegoTechApps phone app for an existing account: chatbot, messages, clients and orders. On iPhone, credits are bought only through Apple in-app purchase; plans are not sold in the app.
Can you connect our existing software?
Custom work can connect supported APIs, CRM, websites, email and other business systems. Feasibility depends on provider access, permissions and documented capabilities. We confirm the integration scope before quoting or enabling it.
Will articles or AI discovery files guarantee Google visibility?
No. Helpful public content, crawlable pages, reliable hosting and search-platform diagnostics support discoverability. Search engines decide when and whether to crawl, index and rank a page.
