What is LegoTechApps?
LegoTechApps, also called LegoTech, develops custom software and AI automation and operates a business dashboard. Its tools cover customer enquiries, CRM, orders, expenses, building management, website workflows and connected AI assistants.
Can I try a chatbot before connecting it?
Yes. The public bot builder lets you prepare business information and preview answers. The bot quote flow can prepare a demo after sign-in. Review knowledge and costs, choose the destination business, and configure production channels separately.
Does a shared chat link send real messages?
Yes. Ordinary public bot share links use the real chat endpoint. Conversations can capture leads, notify the owner and consume credits. Trial demo bots have their own permanent expiry and spending limits; a new link does not reset those limits.
Can a customer edit a trial bot?
Only through a separately issued, restricted demo-editing invitation. An ordinary chat link grants no editing rights. The editing invitation can update the demo’s own knowledge and permitted tone settings within its existing expiry and spending limits.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app?
The Coexistence option is designed for eligible businesses that want to retain the phone app. Meta determines eligibility. Review the supported connection guide before changing an existing number; migration is not an automatic fallback.
Does the monthly chatbot add-on include all usage?
No. The $49 monthly AI Chatbot add-on is separate from the plan and from metered AI usage. Meta messaging charges and other third-party costs are also separate. Billing and the confirmation screen show the applicable terms.
Who can access my clients and conversations?
Account and business permissions govern dashboard and API access. Public marketing pages and discovery guides contain no private customer records. Ordinary bot share links provide a chat interface, not access to dashboard transcripts.
Can you connect our existing software?
Custom work can connect supported APIs, CRM, websites, email and other business systems. Feasibility depends on provider access, permissions and documented capabilities. We confirm the integration scope before quoting or enabling it.
Will articles or AI discovery files guarantee Google visibility?
No. Helpful public content, crawlable pages, reliable hosting and search-platform diagnostics support discoverability. Search engines decide when and whether to crawl, index and rank a page.
