LegoTechApps combines custom software development with a business dashboard for day-to-day work. Start with the tools you need, connect your existing services, and give each team member access to the right business and features.
One bot for your website and WhatsApp
Create a bot from your business information, review knowledge imported from public website pages or supported text files, and test its answers before connecting it. Add a floating website button, embed an inline chat panel, or share a separate public chat link. Website, share-link and WhatsApp channels have separate settings. Conversations can capture enquiries and be handed to a person; AI answers still need review and a clear escalation path.
Eligible businesses can use WhatsApp Business Coexistence to keep their existing phone app while connecting automation through Meta. Eligibility and approvals belong to Meta. Onboarding starts with new messages; it does not import old conversations or the phone address book. Stopping a bot pauses automation; revoking provider access is a separate action. Meta messaging charges are separate from LegoTechApps billing.
Keep client profiles, orders, tasks, stock and follow-up in one dashboard. Review the history of an order, organize work between team members and open the relevant client conversation from its record. Access is account- and business-scoped, with feature permissions for teammates. This is useful for service businesses that need a shared view of ongoing work instead of disconnected spreadsheets.
Organize income and expenses by currency, see monthly category totals, and compare spending with the previous month. The Inbox receipts add-on reads receipts from a connected mailbox; the dashboard identifies the connected address and its Spam setting. Pausing the add-on stops importing while preserving visibility of the connection. Review extracted details before relying on them for accounting.
Manage buildings, apartments, residents, vehicles, staff, recurring inspections, expenses and maintenance requests. Residents use a separate invitation-based portal to read announcements and declare payments. Building and team permissions control access. Gate and visitor workflows depend on the relevant integration and configuration; opening a public product page grants no access to resident information.
Run website checks, review findings and use a scheduled content plan for articles. The platform also includes review-request tools, QR codes, tracked links and customer messaging workflows. Review generated content for accuracy and usefulness before publication. Performance scores, article volume and AI tools do not guarantee indexing, rankings or business results.
Use supported voice workflows to read business information and prepare actions. Dashboard confirmation rules depend on the configured action. The authenticated MCP integration connects compatible assistants to tools within the user’s permissions. Keys can be read-only, limited in scope and revoked. A write-enabled MCP key can execute writes directly, so use the narrowest access that fits the task.
Custom development is quoted for an agreed scope. Dashboard plans, storage and limits are shown in Billing. The AI Chatbot add-on is $49 per month and Inbox receipts is $29 per month, on top of the plan; AI usage is additionally metered from the account balance. The bot calculator is an estimate with editable dated assumptions. Activation, third-party messaging fees, taxes and integrations are separate where applicable. Review checkout and activation details before confirming.
Describe the current process, who will use the system, the tools it must connect to and the languages it needs. We define a focused first phase, agree on scope and milestones, then design, implement and validate it. Launch can include documentation, training and ongoing support by agreement. Public demos are for evaluation; production integrations and permissions require their own setup.
