What you need, before you start
- A Facebook account. Meta's window asks you to sign in with it.
- A phone number that can receive an SMS or a call right now.
- Your business name and category. Meta creates the business account for you if you do not have one.

Questions people ask first
Can I keep using WhatsApp on my phone?
When app coexistence is available, you can keep using WhatsApp Business on your phone. The connection screen shows whether this is available now. Do not remove your existing account to get around an unavailable option.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Connect the WhatsApp Business number you already use. LegoTech does not provide a new number. If this connection is unavailable, you can return later or ask for help.
What does it cost?
Two separate bills. Meta charges for message delivery on its own rates and needs a payment method on your WhatsApp Business account. LegoTech charges for the AI that writes the replies. You start with a free trial (14 days or $5 of AI usage, whichever runs out first) and add a payment method when it ends.
How long does it take?
About five minutes for the connection, and a few more to teach the bot about your business. Everything happens inside Meta's own window — we never see your password.
What happens when the bot cannot answer?
It hands the conversation to you and tells you why, instead of guessing. Everything it could not answer is collected so you can teach it once and it handles that question from then on.
