Applies to the Subtitles AI app for iPhone, iPad and Mac.
1. What the service does
- Video and audio transcription.
- Video and subtitle translation.
1.1 Demo use
- The maximum transcription duration available without a subscription can change at any time.
1.2 Personal use
- The monthly transcription allowance included with a plan can change at any time.
2. Translations
We aim to translate your text at the highest quality available from the translation providers we use.
The service may be paused by the system, for example because of a fault or planned maintenance.
2.1 Free translation gifts
What is a translation gift? The ability to translate your videos at no additional charge.
How do I get it?
- Free translations are granted as a gift when you subscribe to the service.
- Translation gifts can only be used while your subscription is active.
- If you change plan, the gift amount takes effect on the next monthly cycle.
- The amount granted can be changed at any time by the app.
3. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Privacy Policy for what is collected and how long it is kept.
